Yoga in a Chair
Come try a yoga class that's done while seated in a chair and standing on Monday, November 3, 10, 17 and 24 at 1pm. You will gently stretch and strengthen all the muscles in your body.
Breathing sequences and a guided meditation will be included.
The class is taught by Dianne Daniels, MA, an exercise physiologist and author. Fee $40.
