Fitness with a Latin Flair: Ditch the Workout - Join the Fun
Join us this month to learn about a fitness program that is breaking all the rules. Our guest, Tony Garreton (aka Tony Zumba) follows his passion everyday by teaching people of all ages to be fit and have FUN. Tony's infection sense of fun and love for dance makes every class a FIESTA! Zumba is a feel-happy workout, great for the mind, body, and soul! Based on the principle that a workout should be "fun", and "easy to do" - participants stay motivated to stick to the Zumba System program and achieve long term health benefits. Tony brought along a few Zumba instructors and students to demonstrate how Zumba combines high energy and motivating music, unique moves that allow participants to dance and have fun while getting fit. You can call Tony's at 207-607-1831, or visit his website at www.zumbame.com for more information. |
