The Second Regular Session of the 122nd Maine Legislature convened on January 4, 2006 and adjourned May 24, 2006.

Note:  Regular Bills and Resolves passed during the Second Regular Session become effective August 23, 2006.  Emergency measures become effective upon enactment.

The Maine Association of Area Agencies on Aging (M4A) worked on/tracked/had an interest in, the following legislation during the Second Regular Session:
