Our Adult DayBreak provides a planned program that includes a variety of health, social and recreation activities in four of our community locations in Central Maine.   This program of personalized respite service offers many levels of stimulating, purposeful and therapeutic activities.  The program is an affordable alternative since it delays the need for long term care.

Everyone who participates in Adult DayBreak engages in adult life pursuits while in a supportive, supervised environment.  We welcome adults age 60-plus and disabled adults age 19 years and older.
