Gerard QueallyGerard Queally, CEO & President

Gerry has been working as a senior executive in the non-profit sector since 1998, serving as the Chief Financial Officer for both Ingraham and Harbor Family Services prior to joining Spectrum Generations in July of 2011. He is a 1985 graduate of SUNY Maritime College and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Southern New Hampshire University. He is also a graduate of Maine Institute for Civic Leadership, Lambda class. Additionally, Gerry serves as Captain in the U.S. Navy Reserve. He resides in Brunswick with his wife Caroline and their four daughters.

Kristin Overton, Chief Operating Officer

Kristin has worked for Spectrum Generations for 8 years, most recently serving as Director of Bridges Home Care, developing their in-home care, technology systems, care management services, and adult day care programs at 4 of our centers and community case management.  Prior to her time at Spectrum , she worked at Kelly Services and managed her family’s rental property business, Great Pond Associates.  Kristin is a University of Maine at Farmington graduate with a BS in Business Economics and is in the process of obtaining her MBA with a certificate in Non-Profit Management.  She resides in Chesterville with her husband Rob and their two children.   

Julie OlumJulie Olum, Finance Director

Julie has extensive non-profit experience, having worked as the Assistant Controller for Maine Veterans Homes and as a Business Manager for the Maine Community College System, before joining Spectrum Generations as the Director of Finance in February 2010. She is a graduate of the University of Maine at Augusta and received her Master's of Business Administration from Thomas College. Julie, along with her husband Jeff and their two children, reside in Augusta.

Debra SilvaDebra Silva, Director of Community Engagement

Debra has been with Spectrum Generations for 17 years helping people live their best lives !! Previously Debra has been a Key management team member of a major Vermont Ski Resort and a small business entrepreneur; she also has two years experience in economic development arena in the central Maine region.
