Help at Home from Certified Personal Support Specialists to keep you where you want to be

Everyone needs a little help sometimes and we understand how hard this can be.  Our goal is to assist you or your loved one to maintain independence at home with our Home Care services, not to take anything away.  Services begin with an initial home visit where we meet you at your home to create a customized plan of care and set a tentative schedule.  You are in complete control of your services; your tasks and visits can be changed at any time you would like.   

Home Care Services are provided by bonded, trained, certified, and supervised Personal Support Specialists (PSS’s) and provide any of the following: 

• Homemaking
• Meal preparation
• Laundry
• Shopping/errand services
• Companionship
• Gentle guidance/medication reminder/cueing
• Transportation to appointments
• Assistance with bathing/dressing
• Toileting and incontinent care
• Ambulation, mobility, and transfers
• Bed-bound patient care
• Overnight care
• Hospital advocate care (we're there when you can't be)
• Visiting and enrichment care at Nursing facilities, rehabilitation centers, or assisted living
• 24/7 Care
