1950'S TELEVISION SHOW & SUMMER GALA
Thanks to all those who attended our Inagural 1950's Television Show featuring Spectrums' Down Home Memory Players! Those in attendance got to experience a day in the life of a 1950's television set.
The event took place on August 12 on the grounds of the hisoric Pownalborough Court House. Despite gathering clouds and rumbles of thunder, the event brough smile to each guests face and laughter throughout the lawn party tent.
All proceeds benefit Spectrum Generations programs and services for older and disabled adults and their families in Lincoln county.

Meets once a week on Wedensdays from 10:30 - 11:00 before Community Lunch
Gentle seated excersises for strength, flexibility and balance are taught and performed in a safe, friendly environment. If you are looking for a place to start excercising, this is the class for you. Fee: $4.00/class or $2.00 if you're joining us for lunch.

Tuesdays & Thursdays at 12:00pm
If once a week is not enough for you or you are ready to take the next step or have a chronic disease and need to excercise to improve your quality of life, then join Robin's 45-minute class of basic, functional excercises that can be done either standing or sitting. Be on your way to better health, breathing and a more active life. Fee: $4.00/class if paying for month or $5/class for drop-ins
FITMX FOR ACTIVE AGERS AND TIGHT 7 TONED WHOLE BODY FITNESS
FitMx - Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00 - 10:00am
Tight & Toned - Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8:00 - 9:00am
Both classes offer a total body, funtional workout using free weights, kettle bells, stability balls and mat work. Build Strength, get toned, get stronger. Most excercises are focused around the core and can be modified to accommodate your fitness level. Fee: $4.00/class if oaying for month or $5.00/class for drop-ins.
