The Central Maine Agency on Aging d/b/a Spectrum Generations will hold a public hearing on Amendment F: Shelf-Stable & Carry Out Meals:

The amendment expands the flexibility of Title III-C1 funds to ensure older adults receive nutritious meals in diverse situations, including emergencies. It supports both individuals with occasional needs and those requiring regular assistance, based on personalized nutritional assessments screening for internal and external referrals.

Amendment F: Shelf-Stable & Carry Out Meals is part of the four-year Central Maine Area Plan on Aging for Older Americans Act (OAA) funded programs and services that help older Mainers, and their care partners, remain healthy and safe in their communities.
