Our volunteers are a group of special people which span all ages and all backgrounds who volunteer their time to help others and find personal fulfillment. Volunteers are committed to our mission and to our consumer's right to choice.

We Love Our Volunteers
In FY23 284 volunteers supported our nutrition programs in a variety of ways, including: cleaning serving food, kitchen support, packing and delivery meals. The monetary value of these services, if they were paid is $761,26! In addition, 92 volunteers taught classes, worked at reception desks in our centers, served on the Board of Directors or the Advisory Council, helped with fundraising events, worked with our Aging & Disability Resource team providing community health services, provided janitorial services, and many other important volunteer roles. We could not do our work without you!

Next Steps
After you contact Volunteer Services, our Volunteer Coordinator will walk you through the process of being a volunteer. All volunteers will be expected to complete an enrollment form, provide references, and pass a criminal background check. Additionally, all new volunteers will be interviewed by the Volunteer Coordinator.
