Cohen On The Meadows Catering is a division of Spectrum Generations, providing full-service catering and event planning services to the Central Maine area.
Our talented chefs and catering team offer fully customized menus to meet all tastes and budgets. Our beautifully renovated facilities offer plenty of room to accommodate up to 100 guests (actual number determined by room configuration). Linen, A/V, lighting, and specialty china/flatware rentals are available.

Services We Offer:
Full Service Catering and Event Planning: From custom menu design to the color of your tablecloths, our experienced and helpful staff are happy to help you plan the event you want, at our location or yours!
Meeting Spaces: Available any day of the week, our meeting spaces offer the ideal location for you and your guests. Prices range from $100-$300 for half-full day rentals of our spaces, and rooms are available without catering upon request (no outside food or beverage).
Deli To Your Door: We offer catering delivery Monday through Friday to your location, from the office to the church fundraiser. Menu options range from boxed lunches to gourmet cheese and fruit platters. Custom menus are available.
Rentals: We can provide any specialty rental that your event may require, from audio visual needs to patterned china.
Bar Services: We offer full bar services at our Cohen Community Center location in Hallowell. Off-premise bar services are available with advance notice. Aligning itself with Spectrum Generations nutrition philosophies, Cohen on the Meadows will strive to use as many Maine made and grown products as possible, with the goal of 32% of all products to come from Maine in 2013.
